  • When I´m out of moves the game doesn´t go forward. I´ve contacted the support 2 times, but got an automatic answer, which doesn´t help at all. I don´t play Candy Crush Soda Saga on smartphone or tablet, I´m playing on PC, so the answer "close all your apps and shut down your smartphone for 1 minute", doesn´t help at all.…
  • Thank you so much for your help. Now the game doesn´t work on Microsoft Edge too, so I hope it will be fixed soon. Thank you again.
  • I´ve tried playing the game by using Microsoft Edge, and it worked, but it´s no option for me, to change browser because of 1 game. My game ID is 1000916779 (hope it´s correct, because it´s to bad to see). My PC is an Hyrican AF-2. Thank you.
