Hi TrishSummy1! I had the same issue (loading stuck at 5%) so I did a force-refresh (CTRL+F5) and the game loaded smooth. The same goes for King.com - if that was the website you were referring to. Cheers :-) candy crush still not loading beyond 5 o 6%.
