my candy crush game loaded only up to 5% for the past two weeks. now it's up to 6% only and then stops loading. why haven't you answered my question. what do i have to do to fix this or can you fix it so i can continue with my game?
i have done all the steps listed in your troubleshooting page. but my game loads only up to 5%. this has been happening for the past three days. i cannot continue with my game. i am now on level 425.
