Been about 2 weeks now, still cannot play my game. It's frustrating and seem's like a facebook issue. I keep hearing we are working on it, but no results. 1 more week and then I forget about this game and move on to a different one.

cannot play my game. Home page comes up, but cannot click on the candy cane doorway to go to my level. Cannot click on anything. Nothing works.

I have been having the same problem for over a week. Can't play on my desk top although I always have been playing on my IMAC. What I discovered last night is, I can yes play on my notebook, the game works fine, but still cannot play on desktop. I play thru facebook.

ELSA...I'm sorry, I do not know how to reply to your question directly, so I have to add it to the end. I have deleted the game from facebook and added it back, and still nothing. 

I am still having the same problems as tnit...I have done all the suggestions by Elsa, and nothing is working...

No, I am playing on Facebook. And after I made it to my game #1048 this am, it still would not work, so I rebooted and am right back at game screen 1. Nothing works.

So I cleared my computer history and rebooted. I got a lot closer to my game. The music played, which it had not been doing, and I got to the page with my game #1048, but nothing happened when I clicked on that game.

No, I do not get that screen
