Pink screen no longer but still get cut off every time I press my game number. Can someone please explain this.

I'm playing on windows through the app and I'm on 8.1 version. Hope this helps to solve this.

Didn't work. Don't know what else to try.

Microsoft Lumia and can't remember what level I was on. Went in to play game and was met by a little mailman in a box saying 'oh sugar, there's an issue with your version! Update now to continue playing'. Clicked the update now button and it took me straight to the install app page. I am on windows 8.1.Thanks
