I have still not received an explanation as to why I can access candy crush soda if I don't sign into my account but as soon as I do sign in I am still getting cut off. Could someone from King please explain this.

Still won't update
Had this problem for over a week now where it says to update but won't let me. Just takes me back to installation page. No nearer to finding out what the problem is. Grrr

Still having problems loading game
I press my game number 1039, press play then I get a pink screen showing eat the honey and save the bears but there is nothing but the pink screen. As I have said before if I log out of my account I can get in to play the game no problem albeit at level one. Seems to be a problem with accounts. Can someone please tell me…

Back at level 1
I have today managed to get back on after 2 weeks of not being able to update but I am back to level 1 when I was on level 1039. I am also back to 5 lives when I was on 24hrs play. Tried logging into my king account but it is showing incorrect password. How do I contact King to update?

Soda saga showing update needed but wont update.
Pressed update now but it takes me to installation page which already shows the game installed. Tried deleting and reinstalling again but no success. Help!
