i have been playing on my phone for years and today when I login with my Facebook account it takes me back to level 1. My avatar is not right. It is fine on my iPad and I can log into candy crush on my phone with Facebook and it takes me to the correct level. I should be in 1243 on Soda. How do I correct? I’ve tried…

I was able to fix my issue. I had to log out of my game, delete Facebook from my device, clear my browser history , restart my phone, go to Facebook from the browser and log in and then open my game and log in with Facebook. Once I did that my progress was correct and then I reinstalled Facebook

That’s not my issue. I’m logged into Facebook as myself. Candy crush works fine. Only having the issue with soda crush.
