When i log into Candy Crush on my iPhone via Facebook it is taking me back to level 1. I am on level 1241 and it works fine on my iPad. I tried logging off and back on with the same results. How do i get back to my current level?

This is likely, because you are logged in to another Facebook on the device. Check your avatar and let me know.

my avatar is not right on the game however my phone is logged into my facebook app correctly.

and i log into my Candy Crush game fine with facebook and get the correct game settings

Sorry to say that You have posted in the wrong place.

Look at the home page, there are different doors for each game.select specific games, and ask your questions.

You don't need to post new ones, your posts will be moved to the right place.

According to the first screenshot, the game is not logged in or you are logged out. Sometimes the app is corrupted but this problem can occur. If you have difficulty logging in, you will need to uninstall and reinstall the app.You will regain the game progress but lose the boosters.

I have the same problem. A family member logged in their FB on my phone and then logged back out. Now pet rescue and 2 other King games connect to her FB and i lost my progress. I tried to remove the game ap but it’s not working

That’s not my issue. I’m logged into Facebook as myself. Candy crush works fine. Only having the issue with soda crush.

Your game app may have been corrupted and the new install will fix the problem.😉
