PATIENCE!!! I've learned to ALWAYS count my lives because king takes them-1-5 depending on the win,yep EVERYTIME. Did you reload the game on your phone with facebook or via King?? When I got stuck on my phone on a lower level than my pc I had to uninstall on mobile,reload,then it all came back. Beware though some lives might be lost ::)) If that doesn't work put in a ticket,good luck!!

Please consider 1) free spin at 24hrs NOT 48 hrs 2) giving us boosts in numbers NOT time...when we get a color bomb for 15 minutes and we have to wait over 20 for a life its a slap in the face. Why in the 2+years I have been playing have i NEVER gotten the jackpot in the spin-is it rigged??

Because King Care does not care, at all, my game CONSTANTLY reloads, shuts down, loses bonus or does not add them. Better to just cut your losses now.
