But recently I switched to a new phone and want to recover my progress, I was on level 1879 and was brought down to level 951, I am very sad about this and I would really like to continue on the level I was on, I am connected to Facebook and I also created an account on King but still no good, please help me, thank you
Did you reload the game on your phone with facebook or via King?? When I got stuck on my phone on a lower level than my pc I had to uninstall on mobile,reload,then it all came back. Beware though some lives might be lost ::)) If that doesn't work put in a ticket,good luck!!
Just one question as I was not clear from your above message... Did you log into your Facebook account before loosing your level progress or after? If you have logged into Facebook from a while, please select the portion where it says "Problem with Retrieving your Saved Game" from above link, and then choose the option according to your device!

1) If you have already saved your game before through Facebook OR Kingdom account, follow the steps suggested in "Problems with retrieving Saved Game" section;
2) If you have not saved the game and were playing as a guest, you will have to follow the directions in "Didn't save the game, is it too late" part. But, please be aware that the team cannot get you the old scores you have achieved but can only give 2 stars!
