Gold coins not added to my game. I was charged for $6.99 and also $1.99 ammounts but no gokd coins were added and the game froze then restarted also losing my 2 oosters. The fish and the all colorburst bllster. I expect to ha e my money refunded dedicated from my card and other boosters put back on my game

I purchased and had 1 Lava bubble left that i used on level 1854 of Bubble Witch 2 then the game crashed i lost acess to that bubble so expect to have it put back on my profile.
Ive noticed a bunch of people are losing money spent on the gold coins or special help when The games freeze up. Why has there been no help or answers from the king community
I bought at least $7.96 buying the gold coins to use to get through a level and the game then froze completely up when it finally Started again 2 plus hours later my money was wasted since I didn't finish the level- I expect either the money back or the coins on my online account.
