Level 1
I have two issues: (1) the game keeps saying I have no Internet connection when I do, and (2) I don't see the five levels that give you the rewards anymore. Can someone help, please? Thanks.
Every time I log on King.com to play AlphaBetty, I'm always on the same screen. It shows my highest level is 410; however, on my phone it shows level 422, which is correct. I can't go beyond level 410 on King.com. Could someone help, please? Thanks.
I thought I lost my progress so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone, then realized all of my boosters such as color bombs and lollipops were all gone. I have screenshots so I know how many boosters I had. I know King doesn't reimburse but I wonder if the rule has changed. Thanks.
