I’ve been locked out now for a few months, Wi-Fi is fine, I’ve followed step to reset but nothing has worked how can I get connection and access my gifts, buy gold bars etc. without losing my progress ?
I can’t log in or connect to my game. I don’t want to lose my progress by re installing i have internet but my game won’t connect to the store, refill lives or allow me to log out. I get a. Or connected to The internet message how do I get in without losing my current progress ?
I can’t connect, despite updating and following the instructions given by support van I save my progress and re install the app?
