I still have the same problem though I have changed the password 3 times and switched off my phone several times. I can login on this portal, but still not on the game. It's frustrating!

Hi dear @Mo7mmed_G_S I am still getting the internet problems as you have explained.
I play on my phone. I can still play, and by moving my device and playing, the game re-connects. It is strange, however I understand this is a new game, there is testing, and also problem fixing. I hope it gets fixed soon and you will enjoy playing again soon 🤗💜

I'm still having the same problem, even after updating the game to the latest version.😔
I thought the problem was with my phone. I replaced it with a new one, downloaded the game on my new phone, and logged in. I was able to log in, but the problem persists.😭What's the solution? Please advise 🥺

Hi @Mo7mmed_G_S I still get this on the same device I have always played on, even now. I move my phone and keep playing, it does re-connect. I don't loose any boosters or progress. I understand it is frustrating, I think this is a teething problem with the new game. I am sure this will be improved. Please keep playing 💜
