network and Wi-Fi problem

This game is not connecting to network and Wi-Fi what is the problem can you check please

    I completely understand how frustrating this must be. We definitely want to help get this sorted out!

    Could you please try to follow the steps below?

    • Lets do a soft reset. Log out of your game (Do Not delete your app). Turn off your device and let it sit for about 10 seconds. Turn your device back on and then log back in with your email and password.
    • Check if there are any updates for your game and device. There has been a couple updates lately
    • Make sure you have at least 2GBs of free space and clear your cache

    I also have the same problem

    The game not moving and I have to wait for 4 hours with out any help or prizes or events 😪
