I am having the same issue. I tried everything including contacting support and as a result they directed me to post the issue here. And here people get directed back to contact us. This is clearly a bug in the game and yet noone is saying that.

Could you both try restarting your device?
If the issue continues, could you please share your Game ID with us? This will help the team investigate further.
You can find it by following these steps:
- Open the game and tap the settings cogwheel (bottom left).
- On the next screen, check the bottom left, your Player ID is the long number below the game version and language.
Once you have it, just send it over, and we will report this to the studio 😉
