Hi! I started playing king Solitaire yesturday and is an interesting game. But i am unable to connect to internet since the start.

its really disappointing that no one is responding on this matter in the community. I have also emailed them 3 times where an automatic response is sent but no action is taken. I guess we either play the game existing way or leave it..

I am having the same issue. I tried everything including contacting support and as a result they directed me to post the issue here. And here people get directed back to contact us. This is clearly a bug in the game and yet noone is saying that.

hello thank you for your response. Yes I have unlimited data. Playing on iPad Pro. With latest update. Also tried on iPhone which has unlimited data too. Still no joy. Yes tried the soft reset.

By any chance have you tried playing it on your Ipad. If not, lets see if it works there.
You said you already did a soft reset ( logging out of game, turn your phone off, the logging back in) on your game and it still does not work. Just checking to make sure we have tested everything

my iPad and iPhone both have their only own data plans.
I don’t have Wi-Fi at home. I live in the sticks. (UK) My data works fine on all my other apps including all the candy crushes. Just doesn’t work for solitaire. Does solitaire actually need Wi-Fi ?

I’m having the same problem. So frustrating. Followed all the advice I can find. Nothing works.
Sorry you are having this problem.
We can do a soft reset ~ log out of your game (Do not delete the app). Be sure you remember your login in information.
Turn your phone off and let it sit a few seconds. Turn your phone back on and sign back in with your login information.
Check your phone and make sure your wifi is strong.
Hopefully that will get you connected.

First, open the game app. Then, go to Settings (gear icon). Tap the ? icon and choose the topic of your issue. Scroll all the way down and select Contact Us. Click on it and fill a simple form. Lastly, check your email and reply again with you problem if your inbox received an automatic reply.

everything is working for me except the internet on the game. I have also tried restarting the wifi and phone.
i think there is glitch on the game.
As per research this has happened in past in the candy crush pyramid game also with other users. Might be the same issue.
how come any prize or coins I win from the Yeti climb has not been given for the past three days now? You take away the running coin count to earn and make us wait four hours, but don’t give us the rewards we win when doing the side quest.
