We have asked everyone to make sure their phone has been updated.
Also log out of your game (Do Not delete the app), then turn your phone off. Let it set for about 10 seconds, the turn on your phone and log back into your game with your email and password.
If this does not work, we ask for your patience while they find a fix on this problem 🤗

I have had the same on my screen too, especially over the last 2 days. I kept moving my phone and it seemed to connect again when I was playing levels. I was wondering whether it is because it is landscape mode only.
The game is very new.
I have seen a comment on another 25 levels released, totalling 1050.
Please check your game app for the latest updates, I know I will be doing just that 😊

I have updated the game to the latest version, although I am constantly following the updates first hand in some of the King games I have downloaded...
The problem still exists in this game,
I will add a picture that I forgot to add before...
Even this tool which I think is free I can't use it because of the same problem.. I have used it only once since I downloaded the game and I don't know how it worked only once.
I wondered just like you if it was because of the landscape mode and moved my phone in all directions and there was no result..
I deleted the game and deleted all its files then downloaded it again.. and the same problem still exists.
I hope you find the solution so that the game becomes one of the most beautiful games..

Please do NOT delete a King game and reinstall! You will loose all the boosters you have earnt.
I am still learning about the game. I love it very much, and understand there are issues.
