Thank you @DieOmimi yes I have contacted customer support, they didn't seem to fully understand what I was asking. I have replied with a screenshot of the deck and my completed pass.
I checked for updates yesterday which is when the deck appeared, everything is up to date today, tried all the usual troubleshooting tips but nothing. Hopefully customer support will come back with something.
@Notoricah thank you, this could well be the case however like @johamilton screenshot I don't have a vault.
