Thank you @DieOmimi yes I have contacted customer support, they didn't seem to fully understand what I was asking. I have replied with a screenshot of the deck and my completed pass.
I checked for updates yesterday which is when the deck appeared, everything is up to date today, tried all the usual troubleshooting tips but nothing. Hopefully customer support will come back with something.
@Notoricah thank you, this could well be the case however like @johamilton screenshot I don't have a vault.

Hi dear @johamilton thank you. It does sound like bug or compatibility issue. The problem has been passed through support over the last couple of days, it has now been passed to a specialist team, still waiting to hear, received the email email very early hours this morning, waiting for an email hopefully with a resolution/fix ๐ค๐๐

Thank you my sweet friend for your update. I did get an update from our CM also and it was the same thing, that they are looking into it. And she saw that you were being taken care of by Players Support. Hope they get it fixed soon. So many things can happen when it is a new game.
