I am enjoying this game and I would rate this game at 7. These difficult levels are made even more difficult, when no cards work in your favor. The amount of coins required to purchase a Hammer or Wild Card is too much considering the amount of coins you receive every four hours. If the coins needed were closer to the amount required to replay the level players might be more inclined to use them.
I was not able to find the help section and/or the contact for King Customer Care within the game. Does help come from within this Community forum and it's members?

We really appreciate your thoughts about the game itself. I was in the test group last year and completed 900 levels. When the game came out in February I had to start over. I zoomed the the levels the first time. I learned alot to pay attention to what is on the board. It is like a puzzle. I found the best thing was the Hold Slot. If you played it right you can get extra moves that you would not normall be able to do.
The Hold Slot – Save a Card for Later!
Need to save a key card for the perfect move? Use the
Hold Slot!- Tap a card to store it in the Hold Slot.
- Tap again to bring it back into play when needed!
This feature is great for strategic moves and keeping streaks going!
Also, I have a timer on my phone that is set up for every 4 hours and be sure I collect my gold.
We thank you for joining in and are glad you are ejoying it, with the exception of the gold. Which I understand. 💕

I loved this hold card feature as well but starting today the troll now sits in my hold card feature until you remove three cards in a row. If your playing a level where the deck doesn't help remove any cards along with the coins required for a Hammer or Wild Card this game becomes boring if you have to wait for that useful deck 😊

The game is okay. Sure the coins are free, but having to wait four hours is too long. Some of the levels are hard to play and expensive to win.
