Game is freezing
game freezes and takes the coin and power ups that it needed to start the game, it’s happened to me twice this am. I have an iPhone 12 Pro none of my other games have this issue. Please help us figure this out and maybe refund our coins and power ups that the game is taking. Thanks! Tiffany

Will I be gifted anything due to game freezing
I’ve had the UFO perk and the game froze up on me twice. I have to play enough to regain the UFO. Will you be giving players any type of unlimited boosts or something for this inconvenience?
