Hi @PummyRaj There were a couple of other reports for the same problem in the last days. The freezing is when watching the ads, according to the reports. Then nothing moves and the only solution for them is to exit!

Hi @Rachel240 and welcome to the Community! Sometimes you get free moves after loosing a level! Usually they are 3 moves and a popup message informs you about when starting to replay the level! Other way is by watching ads!

O.K., if they remove this feature, the situation is going to be much harder! Most of the good features tend to be removed!

Hi @awisnia and welcome to the Community! Yes, you are right! If a bomb has the number 0 and explodes, then you loose the level regardless if you have just completed the tasks! I really don't like the levels with bombs! They are stressful!
