stuck level

I seem to be stuck on level 249 in an endless loop. I passed it several times and have played level 250 but once I close the game, it takes me back to 249 when I open the game again. I am also losing lives. I tried deleting the app but still stuck on level 249. I don't want to play this level over and over since it took me a long time to pass it the first time. HELP!!

How about you make sure to use Strong Internet Connection and/or update the latest version of Flash Player / HTML5 that you can reached next level and nothing this happens. 😊
If you have used strong Internet Connection and updated the latest version of Flash Player / HTML5 but it's still not worked, Don't worry about this problem! How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug? (I hope it's solved that nothing this happens. 🤔)

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered and your current level is saved but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with Facebook or King.Com.
