Why am I not getting help from other players on community levels together?

When you send lives to your players, you wait for players are received their lives first then they will send you lives on this game. I hope they will help you soon. 😊
Anyway, I think they are inactive players (I have some Diamond Diaries players are inactive too). Don't worry! You can click here to read my answers to follow these steps of add more active friends that I hope you can send and receive lives with active friends faster on this game. 😊
You can see Mail/Indox on left of Piggy Bank. ✉️😊
Except send and receive lives with friends, you can got to unlock mystery chest then you can chance to get unlimited lives too (but give randomly).

I know they are NOT inactive players because the levels change from the last time I played. When I was at level 51 and I signed in, the level changed to 61. I did not receive any help when I began to play, nothing at all from about level 50 on. I did NOT win every level between 50 and 100. They did play.

First of all, I am so sorry to hear that you are having an issue in the game!
Now, would you mind if I ask you few questions for our clarification?
1) Which game are you having this issue in -- is it Diamond Diaries Saga or some other game?
** You have posted in Diamond Diaries category. But, I have not heard / had "Lives" issue in this game;
2) When you said you are sending lives - are you sending them through the "pop-up" window that appears as soon as we open the game OR is it through their personal requests?
3) I am sorry to say that it is not clear what you wrote in your above comment? Can you please explain a bit more about these lines 👇️ (I have copied & pasted what you wrote)

When you signed into the game, did your level change automatically OR is it for other players?
What did you mean by "you did not win every level between 50 and 100"?

Thanks for taking the time to my question Diamond Lim and PummyRaj.
- I am playing Diamond Diaries and I am referring to the "Community Levels Together" challenge. I send lives when it opens up and after I win a level.
- Community Levels Together has 3 players to reach 100 wins to get the prize before it expires.
- The levels changes as one of the THREE players win a level so that they can send Hammers, Lives, or Extra Lives to the other two players.
- I only send lives but never received Hammers or Extra Lives from about 50 thru 100 levels on. I did at the beginning but then it stopped
- I am giving but not receiving anything for days on days although I can see that these players are NOT inactive because the number increases when I sign in from my last play.

When you are doctor to give lives to your team players, they will received 5 full lives when they run out of lives. ❤️
When you have 3 moves left on every level, you will receive one round hammer when the player is Artisan to give one hammer.
When you run out of moves, you will receive free moves to continue playing any level when the player is Guide to give extra moves.
You and your team players can send Lives/Booster every 1 hour and 30 minutes once with this event. When you and your team players have sent, you and the players have received and followed to read my tips above. 😊
