Level 1983 bug?

When the first diamond is removed, the gate moves over to release the second diamond, but on more than one occasion, the diamond is forced in the wrong direction making the level void as no way to complete it. Screenshot attached. As you can see, the diamond in bottom. Right should had been removed by going down the centre and to the left, which in turn would release the last diamond.

I check this level with my two mobile devices, there is still no problem as these controller are still worked and have no problem.
But I have tried this level many times as this level is another very impossible too. 😢
How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens like my screenshots! 😊)

⚠️ NOTE ⚠️
If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.
If it's still not worked from following these steps above, please let me know what's your Android/Apple Device and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I will here to help you again. 😉
By the way, I will asking Community Team as this level is another impossible. Let they check this level then fix it if they agree. 😉
