Finally I am back to help and answer you now! After I check playing this level now, this level is still no problem to be passed without using boosters and extra moves possible now but it's still very tricky as this level has 15 moves only. So let me show you my amazing tips of how to pass Level 3312 without using boosters and extra moves possible now! 👇😄
Firstly, you make sure linking up 12 charms to create star ray charm. If there is no linking up 12 charms, you can remove these another colour one charms first then you can linking up 12 charms.
Then you can linking one by one star ray charm (also helpful birds) targeting to destroy the ribbons of the key.
Like these :
1. You link one by one star ray charm (also helpful birds) targeting to destroy the ribbons of the key.
2. After you link star ray charm, you must tap and hold another one star ray charm quickly that it can be prevented to destroy. So another one star ray charm cannot be destroyed then you can link another one star ray charm targeting to destroy them again.
I show you the example : When you link special ray charms, then you just tap and hold it (show circles) need faster than special ray charms are destroying them. 👇😉

Alright! Let's continue! After the key unlocked to all of charm boxes, you can continue one by one linking star ray charms (also helpful birds) to hit charm boxes especially targeting to destroy that top right star ray charm is the best explosion and also charm boxes. After top right of star ray charm destroyed, then color blast charm will be released. Then you can continue linking vertical/cross/star ray charm targeting to destroy the color blast charm then color blast charm will be helping you to destroy all of one colour charms and also charm boxes better! It's the best helpful and explosion!
After top charm boxes collected, the helpful birds will be released then you can link it targeting to the helpful birds then they will also helping you to hit charm boxes better.
Woohoo! I did passed this level with my 1st try and without using boosters and extra moves possible now! This level is still no problem to be passed possible now! ✊😄
