Glitch on level 1835?
I used my gold to buy 5 more moves because I could see that I should complete the level in 3-4 moves. I had 2 dolls left and 1 diamond to get through the pearl line. As soon as I finished the dolls, my screen inexplicably moved up to the top of the board so that I could not even see the progress I had made. It did this once before, but I wasn’t close to getting the diamond through. When it moved me up, I tried to keep playing, but the next move I made left me w/ no moves. I only needed one more move to one, but the screen display kept me from even seeing that possibility. I want my gold back, please! #glitch #annoying

On second stage, the right diamond will dropped down to the line first. 😊
Then the second diamond will dropped down to the line on the middle with using special ray charms. Finally you can started collecting the dolls. 😊
Tada! I have completed this level without using boosters and extra moves and with 1st try today! 😄
So I hope you can pass this level soon. 😉

I understand your instruction, but it IS either a glitch, or King has developed a nasty twist for future levels. I have played 1834 levels and never once have I had to complete the dolls before the diamond crosses the line. And NEVER have I had the board move back to a near empty section where I have no way to get back to the diamond line.
I still say it’s a glitch and while your suggestion is plausible, you still haven’t addressed the issue of my gold. I wouldn’t have used my gold if I had known that there was an order to diamonds before dolls. Again, 1834 levels played and this was never an issue.
I will eventually pass the level because I’m tenacious, but I still want my gold back, please and thank you.

I also lost my gold bars due to this problem too on last three weeks.
You can click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) if they can help you but it taken longer.
