Level 1939 bug?

This has happened several times now where I'm moved onto the second play area yet there is still a diamond stuck on the first section! As you can see from the screenshot, the status bar shows there are two diamonds left, and there's only one in the screenshot.
I've also had a couple of situations where both diamonds are on the second area and then the top diamond disappears! Again, making this level impossible to complete.

I check this level with my two mobile devices, there is still no problem as the diamonds are still appearing on this level. 😉

So how about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)
You can click here (Android) then you can find and follow troubleshooting steps that I hope this helps. 😉
⚠️ NOTE ⚠️
If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.
