Yes, i play with Android. I have updated the game and i ha e tryed to reinstall the game but the problem is not solved

Hi Giorgia,

This is such a weird issue! I checked with the Studio and they made a release this morning to update the game. Can I ask you to reinstall the App once last time please to make sure the latest updates from this morning are there?

Once you've done that, the level should be showing as normal. Could you please confirm to me if all is fine then?

I' ve reinstalled this afternoon the app but problem not solved i have the last update and mg telephone is update. There is not solution

I have the same problem 3 times I have reached the highest water level, diamond drops, and then disappears. I am playing on a laptop via facebook.

Just tried again, make that 4 times
