Unfortunately the issue hasn’t been solved with your latest update. I can assure you of that as I have both your app and my iOS updated to the latest available versions. I also have a very stable internet connection. Perhaps the others players were having issues with a different level rather than 320. Please check again with your development team.

Oh Dear! That's shame for you as this game is still working while you cannot still playing this game right now after you did updated the latest version of this game and did followed all of these troubleshooting steps. 🙁
So you can only report this problem to their Player Support team here on Contact Us and then you also don't forget to ask them your latest version of this game, mobile device and model, your Game ID and also tried following these troubleshooting steps when this game is still not working while you cannot still playing this game, so I also hope they can contact and help you for this problem too but it taken longer (but maybe today soon). 😊
