Connection :Β Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache :

π iOS : Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
As a last resort, youΒ can try reinstalling the app. Note that thisΒ will remove all of your inventory boosters and lives from the game, so pleaseΒ do not do thisΒ unlessΒ absolutely necessary.

Hello.i have the same problem.i did all you said ,emptied cache,memory,restarted phone..nothing worked.and i cant reinstall the app coz i have 73 hammers and 3 powerful ones.βΉ

YouΒ make sure hit all of charm boxes,Β dollsΒ andΒ blockersΒ andΒ collect all of the diamondsΒ on the first and half of second stagesΒ first. Then the diamondΒ will be dropped downΒ whileΒ the game will be moved down to the necklace,Β also charm boxes,Β blockersΒ andΒ the key remainingΒ on the second stageΒ possible. π€ππ
