Level 1943...Keys just disappear
Hey there, I have a Problem in Level 1943. There are not enough Keys to unlock. Some of them just disappear...simply gone. It must be a Bug. Regards

I'm stuck at the 1969 level

Disappointed in "teams" chosen for me
Does anyone else find that the teams chosen by the game when there are challenges, seem like one team member never sends and then challenge ends or time runs out and you don't/can't get the reward. I like to choose to give lives but the "moves" only appear maybe once a day and never when needed. i'm finding it frustrating…

I have not been getting rewards in my chest
Even when I complete a jewel, I no longer get gold bars. It’s been over 6 months!

stuck on level
I am on level 620 and have earned all the gems for a necklace, however, when I click to claim the reward, it doesn't give it to me and I cannot move to the next level. I have tried for multiple days and it will do nothing.

Level 1939 bug?
This has happened several times now where I'm moved onto the second play area yet there is still a diamond stuck on the first section! Why can't I play?
My game will not let me play the next level. I can play other levels but not my next to advance. Because of this I've been passed up in the city race. Please let me know what's happening
