No it’s been almost 2 months since I’ve been able to play the game can’t remember where it was at can send you my login info privately if you want to try that 

Still no fix for this issue of being stuck on the loading screen when playing under my profile? All other king games work when my profile is loaded thanks

No still having the same problem stuck on loading screen when using my profile I did the update from last week if that’s what they were referring too didn’t fix the issue thanks

I have the screen recording in my photo library but when I go to attach out of my photo library the screen recording doesn’t show up just my photos do any ideas

When I hit play when logged into my profile it stays stuck on the loading screen with the music in the background when I log out of my profile and hit play the game loads correctly and starts you out at level 1 

The game is still not loading after 6 weeks when trying to play under my profile have tried all of your troubleshooting ideas including a reinstall game will play fine from level 1 without loading profile I was previously in the 600 levels before this issue every other king game I have installed works perfectly fine under…

I have tried all of your troubleshooting tips including a reinstall the game will not work under my profile when I disconnect from my profile game works fine starts me from level 1 I use the same profile for all king games I play and this is the only one with this issue 

Are you working on a fix for this game getting stuck on the loading screen when you use your profile it’s been hung up for over a month and the last update didn’t correct the problem this is the only king game that I have played that has so many issues 

I’m having the same issue sign in with my profile gets stuck on loading screen log out and you can start the game from the beginning even by doing there latest update from a few days ago same issues
