Why is it impossible to get a reply to fix the Pepper Panic matter?

Pepper Panic has loading issues for a couple of months now. I've also sent a complaint to support and all I get is this email back.

When can I play Pepper Panic again. I've cleared all caches and histories, etc. but it never loads. The pepper keeps rotating and it takes a life everytime I try to load it but it never ever loads.

I suggest you try playing the game from another computer to see if you can isolate where the issue is.

Hi Hind!

Try disabling any plugins and extensions in your browser. Also check what other programs you have running in the background while playing the game. I can also recommend that you use Google Chrome as it seems to run really well with Flash based games like Candy Crush.

I use google chrome and have no background programs going on while playing, all plugins and cache have been cleared and the problem still persists. Please let me know what to do next and BTW I CAN play all other King games except pepper panic.
