Is level 198 on Pepper Panic possible to complete without buying a booster?

I have been trying for numerous days to complete level 198 on Pepper Panic on Facebook without success. I t seems like I need to purchase a booster to get through. Is this the case or is it possible without? If you do need the booster it means the so called free game is not free at all.
