King.com and Facebook are not playing nicely & consitently on my Smsng Tab 2 running android 6.0.1

I tried to log in to the Papa Pear Saga zendesk help area to ask how to go about collecting additional multiplier pins during gameplay on level 123 because I am having trouble completing this level. I wanted to know which specific actions would help. I was unable to log in and when I asked to have my password reset because it would not accept my password, it said unable to reset password and went back to the screen where it asks you to enter your password to reset password. So, after submitting the problem to King.com I went back and chose King Care.com and it accepted my password but I do not understand why this happened?

Try watching a video of the level being completed to get an idea of how to get past the level. The beauty of Papa Pear is that the game board is the same for everyone so watching videos can be a great help!
