why does the game not give me all of my help to next level

i am trying to get to the next level in the game which is 386 friends sent me directions but it still wont open the next level ,yesterday it said 1 day until it unlcoks now it says 14 hours and 24 minutes and it isnt giving me any gold bars for completing episodes

I didn't think you got gold bars for completing levels in this game?
