where are all my lives..?????

anytime I am send lives in pepper panic, I lose them..cannot take them because lives is full, after I use those lives, I cannot access the lives my friends gave me.  If I log out I lose them all, soooooo how do I actually use these lives that I cannot access????

Simple, don't accept them when you first open the game. Then once you've used your 5 lives you can redeem the lives sent to you one by one. And yeah that's generally the downside to playing on PC, messages don't get stored and any unread message will wiped when the session is closed down.

No it does not work, the envelope for the messages is gone once I play one life...any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  This problem just started about two weeks ago.
