Payment on Candy Crush

I have ignored this before but when I pay for extra lives or extras, there are times it doesn't process. I was in the middle of a game. I used several tools to complete the level and paid for extra lives, only NOT to receive them. Thus I wasted tools and the money (I did get confimation I was charged) so am not happy. I would like, not only a refund of the extra 1.99 I paid twice, but for the loss of the extra tools I used!
