Have been trying for 2 days to connect with support. Got an email asking for me to state my challenge, which I did. Few hours later, instead of a reply I got the exact same email again. So I replied. Again. Beyond frustrated that I’ve now replied SIX TIMES and the only thing I get is the EXACT SAME EMAIL asking what my challenge is. SERIOUSLY? How do I actually get help
