    Level 1

    I cannot login...my game is still at the level I was at but I have no connection.

    The pictures are all blank, nothing is updating.

    Is it an obligation to connect to Facebook? I was playing with my email account. Now I´m receiving the message: There was a connection error. Try again in a bit.

    I´m using Android system, and login and password user, not facebook connection.

    In Candy Crush Soda, there are no problem with the connection.

    Have you tried checking for updates to the game?

    Also, force stopping the app in the device's Settings, clearing the cache and restarting the device may also help.
