Cannot play level 38

I advanced to level 38 in Alpha Betty, it opens just fine and then the mystery mouse pops up with a hint and the hint will not go away and everything else on the screen is greyed out.  How do I get the level to open without the hint.

    I don't think its possible to open it without the hint. I just went back to level 38 and checked it several times and managed to load it up without any issues. Personally i'd suggest clearing your internet history and cache first, and after that make sure all is in order with your Flash settings. If you still have no joy after that, play the level in another browser to make sure the issue is not browser related. Hopefully that'll do the trick for you, let me know how it goes!

    Neither of those things worked for me. It is still stuck. One more day and I'll delete the game. It isn't worth the hassle

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
