I am having issues with Alphabetty Saga not accepting words it shows as valid during game play

This has gone on for several levels but I am presently on level 56. I will highlight a word. For example, I selected RENT. I highlight the word. It comes up in green to show that it IS valid. It highlights the indicator showing that it is a valid 4 letter word. I release the left click on the mouse and nothing happens. I can go through the same procedure at least 10 times with the same result. If it is valid, accept it and let's move on. If it isn't don't show it as being an acceptable word. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

    The first place to start is with troubleshooting your browser, remove all cache & cookies and make sure all is well with your Flash settings. I'd also quickly test in another browser to see if it reacts the same there. Your not on Windows 10 by any chance are you John?

    Yes. I just got this computer in October and it came with Windows 10 pre-installed.

    I'm not really familiar with W10 I have to admit, but I'm guessing you're using the Edge browser right?Have you tested in another browser to see if there any difference?

    I am using Firefox actually. I hadn't thought to check to see if it is the same with Chrome or IE. I will give that a try. Thanks for the idea.
