Can't send lives or see other players progress

Every time I try to send a life on facebook Alphabetty I get this error message 'Can't load URL: The domain of this URL isn't included in the app's domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and sub-domains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings.' If I then click ok it gives me this message 'Sorry, this feature isn't available right now: An error occurred while processing this request. Please try again later.' But when I go to the app settings there is nothing there and I can't close the 2nd error message I have to close and reload. I also can't see other players progress like I did before.

    Hi Tansy, I am sorry you are having issues. Apparently this is a known issue that the studio are working hard on fixing. Hopefully it won't take them too long. 

    Can you tell me which device you are using please :)

    I use a HP laptop mostly. This issue has only been happening in the last week or so. I play through a link on my facebook page

    Sometimes clearing cache and cookies help, but if its an internal issue it won't fix it as such, but it will help when the developers have fixed it as it won't load up the faulty game. 

    It seems to be across a lot of the games at the moment. Thanks for the extra info :)
