why cant i get past "i am not a robot" no mater how many times i try when trying to contact support

i have been trying to contact support for days - and i fill out the form and do the "captures at "i am not a robot" and it WILL NOT SUBMIT!!!!!!!!!

    If the form can't be submitted could be an issue with your browser settings. I suggest you try from another browser - preferably Google Chrome.

    was my first instinct - then cleared history and cache/cookies, updated adobe, removed and re-added - at my wits end

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu.
