I have reached level 56 on alphabetty

It doesn't matter how many times I fully complete all the required elements including blasting all the vines it will not let me go forward I have done Level 56 for 3 weeks now and despite completely finishing I cannot move - what do I do please?

    The little pop that appears at the end of the level, what does that say? This will always let you know why you didn't pass the level, for example if you didn't hit the minimum score. 

    If this isn't the case then try to explain why you cannot move forward.
