    What I was asking you in my previous comment is if you are playing ONLY Alpha Betty or other games too. And if you are playing other games, was the progress OK in those games or need help with them?

    Hi @worddog I hope that you don't mind me adding to what @PummyRaj wrote above. I am wondering if maybe your husband's account was not logged out when you went into the game. That's good that you both have different ID #s. The community managers are very busy so CrayCatLad might not get back to you immediately. The best thing to do is to contact Player Support by competing this contact form here. Log both of your accounts out. Give them both of your ID #s and then make sure to use this topic and subtopic below. They will go into your account and manually move both of you to the correct levels. You should get a bot email and I've heard that you need to respond to that email and then you will get someone from Player Support to help you. Just give it a bit of time because with this virus out there I'm not sure how many are available. Please let us know how you make out.

    Ok, did that, thanks for your help. So I’m assuming we need to stay logged out until this is remedied.

    It might be a good idea but then if one of you logs out and the other doesn't log in then the logged in player might be able to play. Let's see if you hear from them today. Please keep me updated.

    I feel like I’m going in circles. I have given both ID number and the levels that my husband and myself need our games reset to and yet every single person who contacts me asks me for the same information. I was contacted again today by someone who asked me what level I needed mine reset to and told me my wife just to log into her email account and She could find her correct level. I can’t, it’s not even recognizing my email right now as you can see. I signed in with FB, no joy.
