Game Automatically reset it self

Automatically reset it self when I restarted my iPad. I was approximately on level 780. My ID number is 1-141-194-9352 can you please assist?

    Hi @worddog I hope that you don't mind me adding to what @PummyRaj wrote above. I am wondering if maybe your husband's account was not logged out when you went into the game. That's good that you both have different ID #s. The community managers are very busy so CrayCatLad might not get back to you immediately. The best thing to do is to contact Player Support by competing this contact form here. Log both of your accounts out. Give them both of your ID #s and then make sure to use this topic and subtopic below. They will go into your account and manually move both of you to the correct levels. You should get a bot email and I've heard that you need to respond to that email and then you will get someone from Player Support to help you. Just give it a bit of time because with this virus out there I'm not sure how many are available. Please let us know how you make out.

    I thought I had it set up with Facebook, but it doesn’t look like I did. I did just go ahead and register it with FB, but it doesn’t appear to have been registered before. Can you re-instate us where we were, or somewhere close? Thank you!

    Please connect the game to Facebook or create a King account now in the game.

    When the game is connected, please check the Game ID and post it here and I will manually restore the game for you to level 780.

    The Game ID is a ten or eleven digit number without any dash between the digits. Check here how to find it.

    I am only able to restore the game when it's connected to a Facebook or King account.

    It is my husbands account that got reset to the beginning, on his iPad, around level 480. Tonight, we opened my game on my iPad, level 432, and I decided I better save my game as well and create an account. When I went to do that, it automatically took me to his account and I was unable to register, even using a different email address. When I went back out, my game was reset to the beginning!! We’ve played for years, why is this happening? How can we both get our games restored? My ID is: 11421618718

    The little picture that comes up when I play. When the game automatically reset itself zero, it put my Facebook profile up there and that is not what I want up there.


    This is not my most important question however! I have lost the games on my husband‘s iPad and on my iPad. I have left the ID numbers of both and I still haven’t gotten help yet with resetting my Games. See my earlier comments. You asked for my ID number and I provided it.

    Sorry! I did not check your previous post! But after reading your above comment, I went to your previous question and understood what you are talking about 👍️


    Few more questions for my clarification if you don't mind...

    You said you have lost your games on both yours and your husband's iPad. Are you playing more than one game? If so, what are all those games?

    Because, you have provided 2 game ID numbers in your other question one for your game on your iPad and one for your husband's. If you are playing more than 1 game, the ID vary for each game! Hence, you will have to provide ID numbers for all those games.

    I provided the ID for my husbands iPad for AlphaBetty, level 780: 11411949352 and I also provided my ID for my iPad, AlphaBetty, level 430: 11421618718

    i’m not sure what else you need?? I have no idea why both of these games reset As we have been playing them for years!
