    I am assuming you are having this issue on your PC!  If so, did you try to change the browser and see if the game is any better?  Also did you try to play on a mobile device and see if the game works for you?

    Have tried to contact support for weeks about this same issue!!!   No response!!  I have done everything suggested on your discussions and nothing works.  Is this something that is being investigated?   Should I just delete game and forget about it?

    @dgalbraith516, if you happen to have access to Windows 10, you can try downloading the game app from Microsoft Store instead and give it a try.

    Remember to connect the game app to Facebook so it can sync and keep in mind lives and Boosters do not get synced.

    We have a slight technical issue with our game which is, unfortunately, impacting your gameplay.

    Rest assured, however, that our developers are already aware of this and are working hard to find a resolution as quickly as possible.

    In the meantime, if you happen to have Windows 10 on your PC, you can try downloading the game app from Microsoft Store instead and give it a try.

    Before we can help, we will need some more details. Are you playing on mobile, pc or something else? Does it happen when you open the app, or when you try to start a level?

    I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game  :o  

    Along with the details of your device like my friend @Rancid asked, can you also provide below details...

    1) If you are playing on a Mobile device, which version do you have right now;
    2) If you are playing on PC, which browser you are using?  If you are using Facebook Game Room, King does not support that browser.  Hence, please change your browser and see if the problem still persists;
    3) A screenshot of that message you are seeing from past 10 days.  Here is a web-page that tells you how to take a screenshot https://www.take-a-screenshot.org/

    ** TO post back, tap on "Type your Comment" box located below.  And to add the screenshot, tap on "Attach Image" icon located in the tool-bar (a little farther to Emoticon), then select "Choose Files" to upload the pic from your device.

    Have you tried clearing the cache, tried a different browser? If you happen to have Windows 10 installed on your PC, try downloading the game from Microsoft here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/farm-heroes-saga/9nkmkxnqv2m8?activetab=pivot:overviewtab

    Make sure you connect the game app once installed so you can continue where you left off. Please note that boosters and lives do not get synced as well as any extra challenge and extra feature competed.
