    Hi Bahar, I am so sorry. 

    I will give our moderator a nudge again. I know she has been quite busy in meetings and things a lot this last week. Nethertheless. Have you tried using a different browser to see if you can see the little message icon?

    I'm going to go and tag her in it now so she will hopefully see it tomorrow morning. Thank you so much for your patience with us!!

    Recently, I can’t get my presents whenever I win it says something like “oops we’re sorry, we can’t give your present but we’ll do our best to solve this issue.”

    I can't lay claim to the fact its fixed, but I am so glad it is! :D

    As to the other though, just to confirm you DID do the troubleshooting? And your phone has plenty of spare storage?

    Can you give me the name of the mini game it is doing it with? As the studio will need it for troubleshooting :)

    At the moment there is choochoos challenge which is one with the boxes on the levels? Or a flower one.

    Or is it the quests?

    I know its a pain having to repeat yourself but the first thing they will do is ask me if I asked you lol. :)
